Jewelry Turnaround Times

As each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and made to order with your purchase, expect up to 10 business days (excluding weekends) for the item to be created before being shipped out. You will receive a notification once the piece is finished and being shipped to you.

 

Jewelry Care & Caution Disclaimer

Polymer clay based jewelry are similar other types of jewelry, so try not to drop or bend them and avoid setting anything on them. They are durable but if you bend them too much or are rough with them they could break. Remember to keep them away from oils, perfumes or lotions and do not shower or swim with them.

 

Art Prints & Sticker Turnaround Times

Expect a notification of your purchase being shipped within 2-7 business days, often sooner (excluding weekends).

 

Custom Orders & Commissions

Reach out via MysticHourStudio@gmail.com for custom jewelry, art print, or alcohol ink commission consultation. Prices will vary depending on the type of commission and may take up to 2-6 weeks to complete. 

Returns or Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the item arrives defective due to shipping.

We do understand though that damaged packages and defective products may happen on rare occasions through shipping. In both situations, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at  MysticHourStudio@gmail.com within one week of the order's arrival with your order number and a photo of the item's condition so we can evaluate the case and find a solution.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
